Kaanapali Beach Resort - Indoor Venues
This elegant ballroom at our Ka’anapali Beach resort features gracious Hawaiian design accents, beautiful chandeliers and windows with views of the surrounding grounds. Offering more 11,500 square of function space, and a permanent stage, this spacious venue is ideal for hosting grand events and banquets for up to 1,100 guests.
Adjoining the Monarchy Ballroom, this welcoming space is designed to accommodate groups as small as 70 or as large as 600. Utilize the entire ballroom for a classic reception for 500 guests or a theater-style presentation for 600. For smaller gatherings, this Ka’anapali Beach ballroom can be divided into as many as three separate salons, to suit the needs of your group.
Grand Ballroom and Promenade
For your largest events, combine the Monarchy and Regency Ballrooms to form the stunning Grand Ballroom. With over 16,000 square feet of available function area, split level styling and hand-painted ceiling tiles, this expansive ballroom can host trade shows, elaborate stage productions, formal banquets for 1,300 guests and meetings for 1,500. The attached Grand Promenade is ideal for registration tables, continental breakfast buffets, cocktails and much more.
Situated along the Grand Promenade, this group of five flexible meeting rooms can be used singly or in various combinations to meet your requirements. Perfect for an exclusive cocktail party or special dinner with 70 guests.
This classic boardroom - permanently set for 12 guests - features elegant wood paneling reminiscent of a gentlemen’s library, a marble top board table and executive leather chairs. A built-in buffet allows plenty of space for coffee and snacks, or, if you prefer, a casual set up for a working lunch.

Ideal for private dinners with up to 20 guests, Oriental Gardens sits on a quiet, grassy bluff, accented with an exotic array of Asian art sculptures and breathtaking views of turquoise waters. Overlooking the shimmering Swan Court Lagoon with cascading waterfalls, the graceful swans, brilliantly plumed pink flamingos and colorful Mandarin ducks add beautiful touches to your intimate event.
Host an exclusive cocktail party for 75 guests in this garden situated above the pool, with panoramic views of the blue Pacific and the palm-fringed Ka'anapali coast. Named after the unique sculptures that adorn its pathways, this garden also features dozens of colorful koi frolicking in the ponds.
